2018 Resort Report

Compare sales activity in 2018 vs 2017 in Aspen to other mountain resort towns in the US, such as Jackson Hole, WY and Vail, CO.

Telluride and Aspen experienced a drop in total sales volume in 2018 (- 15% and - 20%) while sales Jackson Hole and Big Sky Montana increased significantly (+ 50% and + 30%). Sales in remaining resorts were relatively flat (between - 10% or + 10%). Note that the average price per square foot in Aspen is always astronomically higher than other resorts.
