This article provides what to expect during the period between when the contract "goes hard" and Closing. There are two processes Buyers and Sellers go through at this point:
1. Completing the transaction file and reviewing Closing documents.
2. Moving, cleaning, completing any inspection repairs and preparing for the final walk through.

Typically, it’s because the Buyer need funds from that sale in order to purchase a new home or property. It creates a chain of events that have to happen in order for the current property to close.
