Average sold prices have slowly but steadily risen since 2012 and in 2020, are back up to about what they were in 2006.

Since 2009, the average days on market (DOM) for Condos, Duplexes and Town Homes in Basalt has remained predictably at about 150 to 200 days, about 6 to 7 months.
