Year-End 2022 Resort Market Report

The report looks at: Vail and Beaver Creek, Breckinridge, Crested Butte, Telluride, Winter Park, Aspen, Snowmass Village, Steamboat Springs, White Fish, Sun Valley, Big Sky, Sand Point (ID), Jackson Hole, North and South Lake Tahoe, Park City and Sante Fe.

Colorado’s world-renowned resort areas saw substantial year-over-year increases in average sold price and price per square foot. Buyers continued to seek out homes in these desirable locales with access to ski resorts and outdoor recreation.
